Subscription Policy

Our Subscribe & Save program allows you to receive your favorite Nya products automatically on a recurring basis, with the flexibility to manage your subscription over time.

When you subscribe, your payment will be charged at the time of purchase and will automatically renew at your selected billing frequency until cancelled.

Discount & Subsequent Orders
The discount applied at the time of your first subscription order will carry forward to all subsequent recurring orders under the same subscription. This ensures you continue to receive the same savings throughout your subscription.

Cancellation Policy
To prevent misuse of our subscription discount, a minimum of 2 completed orders is required before a cancellation request can be processed. This means your subscription must complete at least one renewal after your initial order before you are eligible to cancel.

Once your 2nd order has been fulfilled, you may cancel at any time by visiting our customer portal, logging in with the email used to place your order, and navigating to "My Subscriptions."

Please note that cancellations must be submitted before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

All subscription charges are final and non-refundable once an order has been processed, as products are prepared and dispatched promptly.
